I enjoyed listening to your opinion on Cracker Barrel’s new look and wanted to mention our Christian business, a nostalgic burger restaurant with over 200 different old timey glass bottled sodas, including over 40 different root beers. We, too, love the connection to our culture’s past, but unfortunately we have gotten complaints from some who see it as a racist past and find it offensive. Maybe that’s one reason Cracker Barrel is changing, unless it’s actually their executives who share this sentiment. Anyway, I know you attended Southeastern Seminary and are familiar with the Triangle area. Our original store is in Cary and we recently opened another in north Raleigh near Wakefield. If you ever get back down this way, we’d love for you to try it out!
